Severe weather prompts tornado warnings in Southwest Michigan counties
BRANCH COUNTY, Mich. — UPDATE (8:48 p.m.) – All severe weather warnings have ended.

UPDATE (6:27 p.m.) – A severe thunderstorm warning is in effect for Cass County, according to the National Weather Service.
A tornado warning remains in effect for Cass County until 6:30 p.m.

UPDATE (6:13 p.m.) – A tornado warning issued for Branch County has been canceled, according to the National Weather Service.
However, a tornado warning remains in effect for Cass County until 6:30 p.m.

Branch County is under a tornado warning until 6 p.m. Tuesday after a tornado was spotted in Indiana, according to the National Weather Service.
LaGrange County and Steuben County in Indiana are also under a warning.
In addition, Cass County in southwest Michigan was also placed under a tornado warning. This is set to expire at 6:30 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.
